Adults: chew up to 4 pastilles per day.

Do not exceed maximum stated dosage. Contains a source of phenylalanine. Do not use if blister foil is broken. Keep safely out of reach of children. This product is not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before taking this product if you are diabetic, have a cardiovascular disorder or are undergoing antipsychotic or steroid therapy. Ginseng supplements are best taken for a 6-8 week period followed by a couple of week's break to obtain the maximum benefit. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
