Dicalcium phosphate, kelp (dried ascophyllum nodosum, brown seaweed), microcrystalline cellulose, iron (as perrous sulphate) 12mg, hydrogentated vegetable oil, talbet coating (hydroxypropyl-methylcellulose, glycerine), colours (titanium dioxide, curcumin, copper chlorophyllin, iron oxide), zinc 5mg, calcium 85 mg and iodine 140µg.
