Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, vitamin C 60mg, iron 14mg (as ferrous sulphate), hydrogenated vegetable oil, tablet coating (hydroxypropyl-methylcellulose, glycerine), colour (iron oxide), magnesium stearate and soya bean oil.
Adults
Adults: 1 tablet daily with food.

Children: as per adult dose.
