Adults
Adults: use Centrum or Centrum Select 50+.
Children
Children: 4-10 yrs: Suck or chew 1 tablet daily. Not suitable for children under 4 yrs.
Warnings
Not suitable for children under 4 yrs. Not to be swallowed whole. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Contains a source of phenylalanine. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
