Each pessary contains clotrimazole 100mg. Each 20g of cream contains clotrimazole 200mg (1% w/w).
Adults
Adult 16-60 yrs: insert 1 pessary daily, preferably at night, for 6 consecutive days. Alternatively, 2 pessaries can be inserted for 3 consecutive days. Cream should be applied 2 or 3 times daily.
Warnings
Laboratory tests have suggested that, when used together, this product may cause damage to latex contraceptives. Consequently, the effectiveness of such contraceptives may be reduced. Patients should be advised to use alternative precautions for at least 5 days after using this product. External use only. For use in vagina only. Cream for external use only.
